Conference Schedule
The following schedule will be updated until the start of the conference. Unless otherwise indicated, all events will take place in the Texas Union.
Wednesday, June 12: Pre-Conference Activities
We are pleased to offer several Pre-Conference sessions for registered attendees on Wednesday, June 12. These sessions are free of charge and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please only register for sessions you plan to attend, and let us know if you have decided to no longer attend a session, as spots will be limited.

Perry-Castañeda Library Learning Spaces Tour (2:00pm):
In 2015 the Perry-Castañeda Library (PCL), UT Austin's main library, opened the Learning Commons to support student academic success in technology-rich learning environments with expert staff. Join us for a tour on 6/12 of the Learning Commons and other innovative learning spaces in PCL, followed by a discussion of the role and impact of these spaces and services in teaching and learning across campus. Bring questions about your own learning spaces projects, no matter what stage they are. The tour will last approximately one hour and is capped at 15 participants.
The Foundry (Makerspace) Tour (3:00pm):
Tour The Foundry, a makerspace that is integrated into the reading room of the Fine Arts Library is an approximately 4,000 sq ft space which supports curricular and individual learning projects. The space includes a large format video wall, a textiles area, laser cutter, 3d printers, mills, recording studio, and virtual reality headset. Tour participants will be able to experiment with virtual reality and discuss in process or upcoming makerspace projects at their institutions. The tour will last approximately one hour and is capped at 30 participants.
Blanton Museum of Art Tours (2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm):
The Blanton Museum of Art will be offering free tours of the museum galleries at three different times on Wednesday 6/12. Tours will last approximately one hour and will be capped at 15 participants.
