Helping students develop mindfulness practices can reduce stress and improve their memory and testing performance. Join us to learn simple, brief mindfulness techniques that can help both you and students stay actively engaged in the teaching and learning process. This workshop will be delivered collaboratively by UT’s Center for Teaching and Learning and the Longhorn Wellness Center’s mindful UT and Texas Well-being programs.
