"Decoding the Second Year Experience" is an interactive symposium, designed for faculty, staff, and students at UT, where we’ll explore ongoing research, programs, and curricular interventions aimed at supporting second-year students. Recommendations and insights will be shared from the work of CTL's InSPiRE members, the Office of Academic Affairs, the Undergraduate College, and faculty and staff participants in the ongoing Student Experience Project.
We hope that invitees will discover valuable resources and collaborative opportunities to enhance the second-year experience and foster student achievement. We will also share internal funding opportunities related to helping students “decode” the second year for consideration.
