The Assessment of Teaching and Learning (ALT) Fellows will play a crucial role in supporting the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) by actively participating in the evaluation and assessment of ongoing grant initiatives. These initiatives primarily focus on instructional design innovations, particularly in areas such as experiential learning and other curricular advancements.

The fellowship opportunity is tailored for doctoral students who harbor a profound interest in learning design and assessment, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), and/or pedagogical development. ALT Fellows will be provided with comprehensive training facilitated by esteemed CTL staff members. Moreover, they will engage in collaborative endeavors with distinguished faculty partners to conceptualize, execute, and evaluate a specialized course redesign project.

This fellowship position entails a commitment of 5 hours per week, extending over both the summer and fall terms. ALT Fellows will be compensated at a rate of $25 per hour for their dedicated contributions to this innovative program.
