
The Assessment of Teaching and Learning (ALT) Fellowship is an exciting opportunity for doctoral students passionate about learning design, assessment, and pedagogical development. Hosted by the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), ALT Fellows will actively contribute to the evaluation of instructional innovations, including experiential learning and curricular advancements in ongoing grant initiatives.
Fellows will receive specialized training from CTL experts and collaborate with faculty partners to design, implement, and assess a course redesign project. This role offers hands-on experience in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) and a deeper understanding of effective teaching strategies.
The fellowship requires a 5-hour weekly commitment during the summer and fall terms and offers $25/hour compensation.
