Educational Consultant, Student Engagement
Kaitlyn Farrell Rodriguez, Ph.D., (she/hers) is an Educational Consultant with a focus on promoting both student and instructor engagement and wellness in and out of the classroom. Before graduating with her doctorate and joining the CTL team as a full-time staff member in 2023, Kaitlyn served as the first Graduate Teaching Consultant (2020-2023) on the Graduate Student Development team. Her own teaching as a graduate instructor of record was recognized through both departmental and institutional levels [English Department Outstanding Assistant Instructor (2020); William S. Livingston Award for Outstanding Graduate Instructor of Record (2021); and College of Liberal Arts Dean's Distinguished Graduate (2023)].
With her background in English, experience teaching interdisciplinary courses across departments, and a passion for fostering growth, Kaitlyn is here to work with instructors in creating human-centered learning experiences for all students.
