Kimber Harrison holds an MA in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and is a doctoral candidate in Rhetoric and Writing at The University of Texas at Austin. Her research explores how the development of artificial intelligence and bio-computing technologies is justified, communicated, and understood. She has six years of experience teaching rhetoric, composition, and communication courses, and has also worked as a writing tutor for the Princeton Review and OnRamps. At UIUC, she served as Program Director for EngineerSPEAK, an initiative that helped engineering students strengthen their communication and presentation skills. As a Graduate Teaching Consultant for the Center for Teaching and Learning, Kimber draws on her interdisciplinary background to support instructors in fostering inclusive, engaging, and effective learning environments.
