All UT instructors (faculty, staff, graduate student instructors, and postdoctoral instructors) are welcome to join us for the second session of Teaching During Times of Crisis, an event co-facilitated by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), the Counseling and Mental Health Center (CMHC), the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), and the Office of the Dean of Students (DoS). During this in-person follow-up session to Part 1, we will apply recommended wellness, teaching, and intervention strategies to our current and future course design. There will be space for processing, proactive preventative planning, and community-building over light refreshments. This workshop will take place in person in PCL Learning Lab 4.
This workshop will be held in-person in the PCL library. You may RSVP for this workshop using this link.
If you are interested in registering for the optional, virtual Teaching During Times of Crisis: Part 1, we'd love to see you there! You may learn more and register here. While the 9/19 session is not a prerequisite for attending the 10/10 session, participants will benefit from deeper, sustained reflection across sessions and are highly encouraged to attend both sessions.
