This presentation introduces an innovative, less stressful testing method for nursing skills education. Using a mixed-methods approach, six semesters of data using student-centered digital video and peer-to-peer mentoring testing method was analyzed. Results found students have less test anxiety, improved confidence in skill performance, and improved performance in clinical practice.
