Join us for a Q & A with Dr. Jade E. Davis directly following her closing keynote for the UTELL: Play, Imagination, and Liberatory pedagogy fall seminars.

Jade E. Davis, PhD is the Director of Educational Technology and Learning Management at the University of Pennsylvania. She leads a team committed to strategic technological innovation and operations for teaching, learning, and instructional design at the Penn Libraries. Her team is responsible for the educational technology and learning management services of the Penn Libraries including campus-wide courseware management, learning innovation and instruction, two technology enriched learning commons areas and a digital media lab. She coordinates the implementation and assessment of programs and services that support the University’s pedagogy and course offerings by promoting the use of current and emerging technologies across classroom, online, and other learning environments that enhance the teaching mission of the University. Her team is tasked with creating a sense of community around formal and informal activities that allow the Penn Community across ability and differences to choose their own learning adventure by supporting the whole student.
