This week, Michele Hockett Cooper will share her project on Community Engagement: Experiential learning in the real world. In this workshop, UT Nutrition students will reflect on their community-based internship experiences in NTR 365, and participants will brainstorm ways to foster professional development, community service, and experiential learning in their courses.
