Inspired by the ongoing work of the New York City-based nonprofit The Moth, "Came to Listen" is an interactive story-telling event designed to capture, celebrate, and challenge the realities of teaching, learning, and relationship-building here at UT Austin through the powerful experience of sharing and witnessing stories.
This semester, we will showcase the incredible perspectives of undergraduate and graduate students who will explore themes of belonging and collabortive imagine what belonging could mean, look, and feel like on a rapidly changing campus and in an ever-evolving world. Join us; we can't wait for you to come and listen!
There will be time to casually connect over light refreshments and after the story-telling portion of the event.
