Join ACUE’s Designing Learner-Centered Courses, a professional development series that helps instructors design courses with aligned assessments, assignments, and learning experiences. This opportunity is perfect for anyone creating a course from scratch or improving a pre-designed one.

Upon completion, participants will receive the ACUE micro-credential in Designing Courses—one of four micro-credentials that build toward a Certificate in Effective College Instruction.

Format Options:
1. Asynchronous Format:

  • One module per week (6 total)

  • Weekly reflection paper

  • Timeline: May 17 – June 29

2. In-Person Sessions (Half-Day Intensives):

  • No homework—complete course tasks in session

  • Modules 1–3: May 20–22 (Tuesday–Thursday) | 9:30 AM–12:30 PM

  • Modules 4–6: May 27–29 (Tuesday–Thursday) | 9:30 AM–12:30 PM

  • Coffee and snacks provided

Cost:
The UT System will cover registration for eligible instructors.
