Original Call for Proposals

Fractalizing Pedagogy Fellows was a pilot program from the CTL aimed at breaking down barriers to learning for UT’s diverse student population. Through this project, Fellows cultivated more accessible learning spaces while continuously building upon effective pedagogic practices in every learning environment.

"Fractals are infinitely complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over in an ongoing feedback loop.” (adrienne maree brown, Emergent Strategy)

The FPF program was designed to spark individual projects that are intentional and iterative; whether newly developed or improving upon current practices, the fellows include the process of collecting feedback and creating change over future iterations through assessment or critique. The FPF community shares back with the larger campus teaching and learning community by presenting their projects.
