Course Instructor Survey-students

Completing a Course Instructor Survey (CIS) is the student's opportunity to anonymously share your thoughts about classes and instructors!

We want your survey to count, so please pay attention to accuracy when writing the course ID, unique number, and instructor name on each survey.  Also, please ensure that you are reading the response scale clearly.

Thank you for taking the time to find out more about CIS and the value of student participation feedback.
