Course Transformation Program Course Transformation Program
The Course Transformation Program aims to boost the success rates of students in large, lower division, gateway courses. The redesigned courses will emphasize the development of foundational academic skills and core knowledge, supported by advanced instructional technologies and evaluation methodologies.
Graduate Student Instructor Program Graduate Student Instructor Program
In collaboration with UT's academic departments and graduate student support organizations, the Graduate Student Instructor program works to help GSIs advance their pedagogic, academic, and professional progress. Sub-areas include the Graduate Teaching Scholars Seminar and the 398T Workshops.
Student Testing Services Student Testing Services
Student Testing Services administers tests that enable students to claim credit for a variety of UT courses in a number of disciplines. Student Testing Services also administers other College Board examinations to UT students and the general public including: CLEP, GRE, MAT and others.
Course Instructor Survey Course Instructor Survey
The Course Instructor Survey allows students to provide feedback to instructors using paper or electronic surveys. UT's academic departments work closely with the CIS program so that Instructors can use the data for teaching awards, promotion and tenure and improving teaching.
Test Scanning Services Test Scanning Services
Do you have a multiple choice test? Want to get results in minutes? Basic scanning and scoring services are provided for exams and quizzes for UT instructors. This service is free. For a fee, surveys and other non-class work can be scanned and raw data made available to UT students, faculty, staff, and select state agencies.
